Hours:M-F 7am-4pmIN OFFICE

Seeking a proposal assistant to be responsible for proposal drafting engineering the project information from the sales team ops team etc.. and putting the information into a pre-made template to generate an official proposal.
Must have very strong professional communication skills both via phone virtual platforms in person and over email
Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction and ask questions when needed.
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Requirements

High school Diploma or equivalent
Must pass background and drug screen
This is an in-office position and requires daily attendance
