About the role
Play a key role in clinical research at the Kinghorn Cancer Centre supporting groundbreaking cancer trials through accurate and timely data collection entry and management.
Ensure high-quality research data integrity reviewing patient records (inpatient and post-discharge) and maintaining complete compliant datasets aligned with study protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with leading research and clinical teams liaising with clinical research associates data managers sponsors and external research organisations to resolve data queries and support source document verification.
Support operational excellence in clinical trials including maintaining departmental databases contributing to research metrics and reporting and assisting with supply ordering and trial logistics.
Be part of a fast-paced purpose-driven environment engaging with patients for data collection and supporting the Clinical Research Manager with ad hoc research and trial-related tasks.
About you
Experienced in clinical research or data management with a solid understanding of clinical trials and compliance frameworks including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) ICH guidelines and health information privacy requirements.
Highly detail-oriented and data driven with proven ability to manage enter and maintain accurate clinical datasets with a strong focus on quality and integrity.
Confident communicator and collaborator able to work independently while engaging effectively with multidisciplinary teams clinical staff and external research stakeholders.
Advanced computer skills including strong proficiency across Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access) databases spreadsheets and electronic data capture systems.
Highly organised and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload meet tight deadlines and consistently deliver accurate results.
