How Youll Make an Impact

• Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies procedures and guidelines

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage and dispatch activities

• Maintain safe efficient workflows aligned with production and operational schedules

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control cycle counts and audits

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams and external partners

• Manage warehouse budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data KPIs and lean methodologies

• Promote compliance with health safety and environmental standards

• Lead develop and engage the warehouse team fostering accountability capability growth and performance

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management industrial engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years experience managing warehouse or logistics operations

• Experience within manufacturing industrial or energy-related environments

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements

• Proven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety engagement and development
