Senior Creative Strategist

Job Duties: Build creative strategies invent creative ad concepts and campaigns that balance the needs of our clients with the tastes of our audience. Write concept pitches RFP responses and communications that embody Reddits sensibilities with a focus on QSR and CPG business verticals. Help translate client value propositions into language and creative visuals that Redditors find appealing and actionable. Create deliverables in the form of narrative-driven presentations white papers and digital or IRL workshops that convey Reddits Business proposition creative success strategies in support of specific business goals. Act as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddits advertiser sales teams with a concentration in QSR and CPG. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Reddit office in New York NY. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year bachelors degree.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Public Relations Media Communications or closely related quantitative discipline and four (4) years of experience in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Quantifiably optimize campaign performance; (2) Develop and implement brand positioning strategies; (3) Design and execute data-driven creative advertising campaigns; (4) Analytical & Strategic translation of data; (5) Agile Project Management; (6) Content Optimization Guidance; (7) Analyze KPIs to refine strategies; (8) Digital Advertising Technologies. Any suitable combination of education training and experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Reddit office in New York NY. In addition to base salary this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and depending on the position offered it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is: $139900.00 - $195900.00 USD
