The Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer is a critical member of the team who helps maximize the value of the Salesforce platform by designing building and enhancing scalable Service Cloud solutions that support customer service and support operations. Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Service Cloud solutions
Design develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and declarative configuration
Build and customize Service Cloud features including:
oCase management and omni-channel routing
oKnowledge management
oService Console and agent productivity tools
oCustomer portals / Experience Cloud
Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and event-based patterns
Write clean efficient and testable Apex and Lightning code following Salesforce and PAR best practices
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure high code coverage and solution quality
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver high-quality solutions as part of a Scrum team
Review technical designs and code providing guidance to ensure scalability performance and maintainability
Ensure configurations and customizations adhere to security compliance and data governance standards
Analyze existing Service Cloud implementations and recommend improvements for performance usability and technical debt reduction
Support data synchronization and integrity across upstream and downstream systems
Participate in release planning deployment and post-release support
Evaluate new Salesforce Service Cloud features and platform enhancements for business value
Promote reuse automation and low-code/no-code best practices where appropriate

Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev / QA / UAT / Prod)

Experience with Experience Cloud (Customer or Partner Portals)
Experience using Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset
Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
