Job Summary
Role Summary
This role focuses on bridging infrastructure AI systems and enterprise deployments. It combines elements of solutions engineering forward deployed engineering and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Own technical GTM including POCs and implementations
Lead pre-sales technical discussions demos and architecture reviews
Troubleshoot integrations across identity systems security tooling and infrastructure
Build custom solutions for enterprise customers
Serve as technical expert during sales cycles
Handle complex technical escalations

Ideal Candidate Profile
36 years experience in Forward Deployed Engineering Solutions Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong expertise in identity/authentication (SSO OAuth SAML)
Experience with infrastructure observability and deployment systems
Comfortable with enterprise customer engagement

Technical Requirements
Hands-on experience with identity systems
Ability to debug and troubleshoot production systems
Experience running POCs and technical implementations
Familiarity with AI tools agents or similar technologies

Compensation: $200000 - 260000 base salary DOE and an excellent benefits package.
