Information Systems Coordinator

Murphy Hospitality Group (MHG) is looking for an InformationSystems (IS) Coordinator who is has a passion for both hospitality andtechnology. The IS Coordinator has the ability to buildgreat relationships across MHGs various divisions (Restaurants Hotels/SpaBreweries Festivals/Events) as well as an eye for solving technical issues. The ISCoordinator willinstall and manage the organizations hardwareand software applications providing support monitoring system performanceimplementing security protocols and training staff on requiredtechnologies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join aworld class hospitality team supporting the operations and having fun alongthe way!

As the IS Coordinator You Will

• Collaborate with MHG team management and locationmanagement to understand the business technology objectives and projects thatrequire your support
• Cultivate great relationships with all internal andexternal stakeholders
• Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 and Sharepointacross the organization developing forms workflows and automation ofprocesses
• Participate in development of applications for teamprojects identifying opportunities for development based on the understandingof the project and needs and capabilities of Microsoft 365
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with other products as required
• Installing and configuring hardware and software acrossthe organization
• Maintain inventory of all hardware (e.g. users andequipment) and software used across the organization
• Manage IS related technical documentation and contracts
• Work with MHG users to solve problems and troubleshoothardware / software issues
• Educate users make decisions on whether to repair orreplace assets
• Upgrading systems to enable compatible software on allcomputers
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensuresecurity
• Performing tests and evaluations of new software andhardware

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in an Information Services relatedfield an asset
• MS 365 Administrator experience (certification an asset)
• 2 years of experience in IS/IT support
• Experience with computer networks and systems maintenance
• A or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditationconsidered an asset
