How youll make an impact:
- Develop foundational knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem by assisting team members in researching documenting and understanding Geotabs technology products and solutions.
- Support partners and end-users by helping to analyze technical challenges and exploring potential solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Participate in integration projects in a learning capacity assisting with solution development testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
- Learn how to assess business challenges faced by partners and customers contributing insights and alternative approaches where possible.
- Assist in gathering and organizing partner and customer feedback contributing to continuous improvement efforts and collaboration with Product Management teams.

- May assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions by supporting testing and validation efforts in controlled environments.

- Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions integration solutions and project progress supporting team efficiency and knowledge retention.
- Observe and assist in the delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations learning how to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Gain exposure to technical sales support by assisting with inquiries documentation and technical evaluations under supervision.
- Learn and contribute to the design of customized solutions based on customer needs assisting in the creation of solution proposals demonstrations and prototypes.
What youll bring to the role:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant technical field such as software engineering data science information systems or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of telematics IoT APIs or related technologies; familiarity with hardware integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn how to assess technical challenges and explore potential solutions.
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment supporting cross-functional teams such as sales product development and customer support.
- Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to understand client needs and contribute to solution development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in emerging technologies and a desire to develop skills in integration automation and data analysis.
