Pre-Construction and Estimating Coordinator

3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Pre-Construction and Estimating Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon SK and occasional travel is required.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with the sales team and review requests for proposals (RFPs) to gather project requirements for estimate submission.
• Consolidated requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications from internal team and vendor partners to assist with preparing quality and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with the design team and subcontractors to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposals.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects considering materials labour and other relevant factors.
• Prepare detailed proposals which include required materials scope of work exclusions pricing and a preliminary construction schedule.
• Act as a liaison by leading a project hand-off meeting between the sales and project teams to ensure a seamless transition of projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.

Who youll work with:

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our sales team designers specialists subtrades and project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.

Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality cost-efficient builds for our customers.

What youll bring:

• A bachelors degree in business engineering construction management or a related field.
• Five years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Technical understanding of construction processes and building materials.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• A self-directed approach to identifying inefficiencies and independently driving process improvements.
