Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse Long Term Care (LTC) - Vestal NY
Location: Vestal NY 13850
Duration: 16 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Shift Details:
- Mid Shift: 5x8 Hours (02:30 PM 10:45 PM)
- Includes 30-minute unpaid break
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Compensation:
- Travel Pay: $1986 per week
- Local Pay: $1680 per week
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care support daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all safety infection control and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
- Active New York State RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in LTC or similar settings preferred
