You willplay a central part in shaping the direction of our critical financial architecture translating accountingrequirements andstandards (IFRS&US GAAP) into scalable high-performance solutions withinS/4HANAandSAPFioneerFPSL.Youllpartner closely with enterprise architects and finance stakeholders. From designing the data flow between the Source Data Layer (SDL) and the General Ledger to mentoringtechnical and functional team members on S/4Hana and SAPFioneerFPSLyoullbe directly involved in thefoundationalsystems that drive our financialreportingintegrity.

Whatyoullbe doing

• Design and implement scalable financialarchitecturesusingSAP S/4HANA General LedgerandSAPFioneerFPSL(Financial Products Subledger).

• Architect the end-to-end data flow from source systems to theUniversal Journal (ACDOCA) ensuring data integrity acrossMulti-GAAPledgers.

• Work withaccounting andfinance to align technical solutions with accounting requirements.

• Bring structure to ambiguous regulatory requirements through sound engineering judgment and deep understanding of thesubledger/ledgerarchitecture.

• Own critical components of theResult Data Layer (RDL)andSubledger Journal driving performance reliability and auditability.

• Mentor junior engineers and functional consultants elevating team standards through design reviews and technical leadership in ABAP and HANA modeling.

• Uphold best practices in system performance tuning batch processing and integration logic ensuring the financial close process is fast and reliable.

What You Bring

• 12 yearsof professional experience in SAP Finance implementation and development.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect with a solid foundation inS/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)andSAPFioneerFPSL(or its predecessor SAP Bank Analyzer/sAFI).

• Technical understanding of theFPSL architecture includingSDL (Source Data Layer)RDL (Result Data Layer) and theCVPM framework.

• ProficiencyinABAPfor custom process steps andSAP HANA Native SQL / CDS Viewsfor high-performance data modeling.

• Solid background inGeneral Ledgerconfiguration including Document Splitting Parallel Ledgers and the Universal Journal.

• Experience withintegration patternsfor high-volume financial data (e.g. loading data via API or ETL tools into the FPSL interface).

• Familiarity withfinancial accounting standards(IFRS GAAP) and how they translate into technical posting logic.

• Full ownership mindsetconfiguring testing and validating accounting logic to ensure financial accuracy.

• Strong collaboration skills with experience working acrossAccounting IT and Finance teams.

• Experience working inBankingorInsurancesectors dealing withvariousfinancial instrumentsor warranty policies.

• Exposure toSAPPaPM(Profitability and Performance Management)orSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)for reporting.

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAPFioneersolutions.
