The Role:
This is not just a managerial role- its a chance to lead a high-impact team building core products at scale. As Engineering Manager youll be a technical leader a team builder and a strategic partner. Youll guide your team to deliver performance scalable and secure software solutions while shaping culture structure and product direction. From technical design to org design youll have a direct influence on how we work and what we build.
Youll work closely with Product Architecture and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into clean production-ready code - while creating an environment where engineers grow thrive and do their best work.

Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy
Drive roadmap creation and execution
Collaborate with various functions drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organizational level
Mentor coach and grow your direct reports - championing career development and engagement
Own recruitment onboarding and performance management for your team
Influence engineering-wide culture org design and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table
3 years of experience managing engineering teams
5 years of hands-on software engineering experience including API design and distributed systems
Proven track record building and scaling high-volume web-based solutions
Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams including performance management
Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
