Day Shift - Mileage is in addition to the BR. Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pmEducation and Work Experience:Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
