- Parramatta Locationhybrid working supported regional locations will be considered if an office is available.
- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $115817 to $130667 per annum plus Superannuation

About the Opportunities
The roles play a key part in delivering highimpact climate change adaptation and net zero emissions programs that support businesses government and households to achieve meaningful emissions reduction outcomes.
You will contribute to both the design and delivery of programs working across the full lifecycle from research planning and governance through to delivery monitoring and evaluation. The role offers the opportunity to apply analytical thinking project management and stakeholder engagement skills to initiatives that are evidencebased innovative and aligned with government priorities.
Working closely with internal teams delivery partners and a range of external stakeholders you will manage projects and contracts contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement activities and represent the Energy Climate Change and Sustainability division in forums and working groups.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects working in a policydriven environment and contributing to programs that make a tangible difference to climate and sustainability outcomes.

About You
You bring experience in program or project delivery ideally within climate energy or sustainability along with strong analytical research and problem-solving skills.
You are adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. You are also focused on delivering practical outcomes-driven solutions that create meaningful impact.
You understand how government programs can support investment and participation and youre able to contribute to the design and delivery of interventions that promote integrity and impact.
Your experience analysing information to inform program development along with your ability to manage contracts and procurements enables you to support effective and evidence-based program delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Knowledge of the operational requirements for the successful delivery of sustainability climate change resilience adaptation and/or net zero emissions programs
- Project management skills demonstrating the ability to deliver agreed outcomes on time on budget and to quality standards and demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
