The general responsibilities of the position are the following:

LiveDie Reliability Ownership

Own livedie reliability qualification strategy and execution across NAND development nodes and products
Define review and approve HTOL dynamic stress cycling and missionprofilebased testing using live silicon
Drive early silicon learning to identify cell array and peripheral reliability risks

Technical Analysis & Risk Assessment

Analyze livedie reliability data to assess wearout drift degradation and failure mechanisms
Correlate livedie results with bench arraylevel and productlevel reliability models
Perform risk assessments and clearly communicate reliability margin gaps and mitigation plans

CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with Design TD PE Failure Analysis and Product Engineering teams
Provide design and process feedback based on livedie reliability findings
Support technology readiness design reviews and release decisions with databacked recommendations

Methodology & Continuous Improvement

Improve livedie reliability methodologies coverage and efficiency
Drive standardization of test conditions pass/fail criteria and reporting
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DDQA best practices

Experience Requirements

5 yearsof semiconductor engineering experience with strong exposure to NAND device circuit or system reliability quality engineering or product qualification in an advanced technology node environment.
Handson experience working crossfunctionally with Technology Development (TD) Design Engineering (DE) Product Engineering (PE) and Manufacturing/Fab teamsto resolve complex reliability risks and drive databased decisions.
Strong data analysis capability including mining large datasets detecting abnormal trends calculating reliability metrics(e.g. FIT DPM) and translating results into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Effective written and verbal communication skills including experience authoring technical reports presenting to diverse technical and leadership audiences and facilitating crossfunctional reviews.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degreein Electrical Engineering Materials Science Physics Semiconductor Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is required.
Masters degree or PhDin a relevant engineering or physical science field is strongly preferred particularly with a focus on device physics reliability engineering or semiconductor materials.
