Position: QA Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team at Arena Staffing. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues

- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure all defects have been addressed and resolved

- Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing processes

- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback and suggestions for improving product quality

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
