Job Summary
Danish Customer Support Advisor (100% Remote in Portugal)
Are you a native Danish speaker looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role that lets you work from anywhere in Portugal We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team helping users with everything from general inquiries to technical troubleshooting.
Whether you are already living in Portugal or looking to relocate for a fresh start this role offers a permanent contract (CDI) and a supportive structured environment.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Assisting customers via phone email chat and social media.
- Handling pre-sales questions and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Adapting the brands voice to provide a helpful human experience for every user.
- Escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
What we are looking for:
- Native Danish speaker.
- English B2 level (for internal communication and training).
- A can-do attitudetechnical support experience or a background in troubleshooting is a big plus!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while working remotely.
The Contract:
- Type: CDI (Permanent) with a 3-month trial period.
- Health Insurance: Included after 6 months of employment.
