We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join GET (Gall Etos Tech) a platform-based product organization focused on building innovative and scalable data solutions.
As a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Data Management you will play a critical role in enhancing and evolving our enterprise data platform to improve data quality governance accessibility and scalability. You will work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary engineering team to design robust data architectures that empower data engineers and business stakeholders to create impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Enhance and optimize the enterprise data platform to improve data quality reliability and management capabilities
Design and implement scalable data architectures that structure data in an easily understandable and maintainable way
Build robust data pipelines and processing frameworks using modern cloud-based technologies
Develop and maintain solutions for storing organizing accessing and retrieving data from multiple internal and external sources
Collaborate closely with engineers analysts and product teams to deliver impactful business solutions
Implement best practices for data governance lineage metadata management and platform scalability
Engineer methodologies and frameworks that can scale alongside business growth
Continuously benchmark emerging technologies and market trends to drive innovation within the platform
Ensure platform performance availability and operational excellence
Mentor engineering peers and contribute to technical leadership within the team

10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Apache Spark
Databricks
Azure Data Factory
Strong knowledge of:
Data architecture design and modeling
Data storage and retrieval optimization
ETL / ELT frameworks
Data quality and governance principles
Distributed data processing
Cloud-native data engineering solutions
Data lifecycle management
Experience with:
Building scalable enterprise-grade data platforms
