Implementation Manager IT Project Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations across multiple business units. This is a key role ensuring successful delivery across complex global environments.
You will lead end-to-end IT delivery within D365 implementation projects ensuring alignment between business requirements technical solutions and overall project timelines. Acting as the main interface between IT and business stakeholders you will coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to secure smooth and timely execution.
Responsibilities
Lead IT delivery for D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation projects
Plan and execute activities such as configuration data migration integrations hypercare and handover
Manage and guide a team of functional and technical D365 consultants
Ensure alignment between technical delivery business needs and project plans
Coordinate dependencies across internal teams external vendors and third-party solutions
Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Good project management and leadership experience in global cross-functional environments
Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases
Experience managing stakeholders across business IT and external vendors
Knowledge of integrations data migration strategies and ERP architecture
Experience working in complex programs with multiple dependencies
Familiarity with third-party solutions integrations and localisation requirements
Background in large-scale transformation or ERP rollout programs
