Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TMP professional with 8 years of relevant experience and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will act as a critical liaison effectively bridging communication between senior executive leadership and small cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication bridge between senior/executive leadership and smaller operational teams
- Translate high-level strategic direction into clear actionable guidance for teams
- Present team insights risks and progress clearly to executive stakeholders
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with varying levels of seniority
- Facilitate meetings discussions and decision-making forums with clarity and confidence
- Ensure consistent transparent and professional communication across all levels
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in TMP talent management program management or a related role
- Excellent to outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership as well as frontline and small teams
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- High level of professionalism maturity and business acumen
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in fast-paced matrixed organizations
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership presence and confidence
