Job Summary

Job Title: Staff Security Engineer (IAM / CIAM)
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
W2 Contract

Key Requirements:

8 years in IAM / CIAM / Cybersecurity
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) (mandatory)
Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
Expertise in identity lifecycle management SSO MFA federation and access governance
Strong knowledge of SAML OAuth2 OIDC LDAP SCIM
Experience supporting B2B B2C and external identity models
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Adaptive / risk-based authentication
Identity governance (RBAC access reviews)
IAM roadmap/strategy experience
Mentorship or lead experience
