Project Manager Littleton/Waterton CO
Shift: 1st Shift Hybrid schedule-50% in office; 50% WFH
Pay Rate: $64.00/Hr. on W2
The Training & Learning Strategies Project Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for all learning and development initiatives building maintaining and optimizing project workspaces in Jira while ensuring each effort is delivered on schedule within budget and meets stakeholder expectations. The role initiates and documents procurement requests with cost justification keeps a live project budget tracker continuously compares Level of Effort (LOE) to the approved budget and promptly alerts the team to any variance. By tracking resource allocation across the team the coordinator manages bandwidth capacity and provides accurate forecasts for staffing needs on upcoming projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who anticipates issues before they arise treats internal stakeholders as valued clients and embraces continuous learning-staying current on Jira updates Agile best practices and procurement policy changes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Finance Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of professional project coordination or project management experience preferably in a technical training focused environment; exposure to procurement processes is a plus.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritize manage disruptions and completing tasks in a timely manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks.
Strong multitasking and time management skills; detail oriented with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
Strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced proficiency with Jira Software (project configuration JQL dashboards) and strong experience using other project management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Project) and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to engage cross functional teams external partners and procurement contacts.
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or similar certification.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and change control procedures.
Experience in identifying managing complex group dynamics and reacting in real-time to changes in content priorities and/or process.
