ATL26 the City of Atlantas broadcast channel is seeking an IT Engineer to support the implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA) across its network in coordination with vendor Illumio. This role will assist with securing systems ensuring proper integration and minimizing disruption to ongoing broadcast operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support deployment and configuration of 2FA across servers endpoints and networked devices.
Collaborate with Illumio and internal teams during pre-install and installation.
Ensure compatibility of authentication measures with broadcast and AV systems
Troubleshoot authentication access and system integration issues.
Maintain system uptime and operational continuity during implementation

Qualifications:

Experience with server environments (Windows/Linux) and network security practices.
Familiarity with AV/broadcast equipment and IP-based systems.
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and multi-factor authentication tools.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
