Job Summary
Title: Technical Project Manager (Capital Markets)
Location: New York NY (Hybrid 4 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Capital Markets) on behalf of our client in New York NY. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in capital markets technology and a proven ability to lead complex regulatory-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on highly organized and skilled at engaging senior stakeholders while driving successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the capital markets domain
- Define and manage project scope timelines risks and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders (MD/Director level) for alignment and reporting
- Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across project lifecycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development QA and operations
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Provide clear communication status reporting and escalation management
- 10 years of project management experience within capital markets technology
- Strong knowledge of equity derivatives including vanilla and exotic products Greeks and risk sensitivities
- Proven experience managing regulatory-driven technology initiatives
- Advanced expertise in JIRA (project configuration dashboards JQL automation rules)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Understanding of C-based systems
