Position : IT Project Manager
Location : Santa Clara CA Onsite (candidate must already be local)
Duration : 6 Months
Description
- Resource needs to be in the client office 5 days a week in Santa Clara
- IT Project Manager with experience with GENESYS - CONTRACT CENTER
- Level Required for Primary Skill Advanced (6-9 years experience)
- SAP C4C - Cloud for Customer Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
- Salesforce - Service Cloud Intermediate (3-5 years experience
- (with 6 years of experience with Genesys Contract Center) as well as 3 years with SAP C4C and 3 years of experience with SalesForce (so these things must be on the resume for the years required)
As an IT Project Manager Contractor you will oversee the planning execution and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely within-scope and budget-compliant project delivery.
