Role Overview
We are hiring Working Capital Relationship Managers to acquire and manage SME/MSME clients requiring CC/OD Term Loans BG/LC and other working capital solutions. The role involves business acquisition portfolio management and end-to-end credit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME/MSME clients for Working Capital & Business Banking products.
- Manage existing portfolio—renewals enhancement requests documentation compliance.
- Understand customer financials banking patterns GST data stock statements etc.
- Liaise with credit operations & legal teams for seamless sanctions and disbursements.
- Conduct market visits competitor mapping and business development activities.
- Ensure portfolio quality and timely collection follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in Working Capital / SME / Business Banking sales.
- Strong understanding of CC/OD Cash Flow lending Financial Analysis and CAM preparation.
- Good knowledge of local markets and SME segments.
- Strong negotiation communication & client management skills.
- Graduation required; MBA preferred.
