Role Overview
Hiring experienced Mortgage Sales professionals to drive Home Loan / LAP sourcing business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source HL / LAP business from open market connectors & DSA network.
- Build & manage strong channel partner relationships.
- Drive monthly disbursement & revenue targets.
- Ensure file login documentation & KYC compliance.
- Conduct customer meetings & close deals end-to-end.
- Monitor portfolio quality & coordinate with credit teams.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP Sales.
- Strong market knowledge of Bangalore.
- Proven track record of achieving disbursement targets.
- Graduation mandatory.
