Customer Success Specialist

This is a hands-on relationship-driven role where no two days look the same. Youll be the key link between our customers and internal teams ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale through to solar installation and ongoing support.

Blending customer success sales coordination and field engagement youll spend around 30% of your time on-farm with customers building strong relationships within the dairy farming community while ensuring every customer journey is smooth proactive and positive.

Qualifications :

You are a proactive relationship-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers with care. You bring proven experience in customer success account management or sales and youre confident building trust quickly through strong clear communication. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail youre comfortable managing contracts administration and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail across contracts and administration
• Solutions-focused with the ability to problem solve and de-escalate issues calmly
• Self-motivated adaptable and confident working autonomously
• Experienced using CRM or job management systems to stay on top of workflow
• Full clean NZ drivers licence with willingness to travel for farm visits

• Ideally you have prior experience in agriculture or the energy sector with exposure to solar or renewable energy products
