市場顧客の要求を把握し社内外ステークホルダー国内外グループと連携しながら事業機会を具体化するポジションです

業務内容:

営業業務アクイジション推進新規開拓提案条件交渉見積作成契約関連書類作成締結 等
見積作成契約関連書類の作成締結対応
検収請求書発行までの商流プロセス管理必要に応じて成果物作成を含む
社内管理ツール対顧客管理ツールの運用管理

担当市場におけるマーケットリサーチ新規顧客開拓獲得
市場動向の継続的な調査分析および社内共有インサイト整理戦略立案
- 各国コンソーシアム等のガイドライン調査インターネットリサーチ
- 市場別規制顧客の技術戦略把握
- 特異点の抽出Worldwide拠点への説明合意形成
- 既存ポートフォリオと顧客/市場ニーズのGAP分析およびマッチング
展示会対応出展顧客訪問提案活動
社内外のニーズ現状短中期を踏まえた実現シナリオ戦略の策定
 

既存獲得顧客との継続的ビジネス機会の探索獲得実行

顧客および国内外グループとの各種調整円滑なコミュニケーション

ビジネスプラン策定および定期的な見直しサポート

Automotive向けSmall OEMASEAN顧客向けに展開可能なボッシュのポートフォリオ全般
例ステアリングブレーキE/E ArchitectureADAS/ADVCU/ECU等の制御ユニットCyber security水素燃料電池 など

Non-Automotive向けBosch Engineering portfolioおよびSmall OEMASEAN顧客向けに展開可能なBoschのポートフォリオ全般
例ミリ波レーダー超音波センサカメラECUモーターインバーターCyber security水素燃料電池 など

Your tasks will be:
Sales / Project management (resources budget progress risk management contracting etc.)
- Management of internal and customer management tools
- Managing project from acquisition-quotation-delivery note-invoicing. (incl. Creation of deliverables in some cases)
Market research new customer development and acquisition in the target market (mainly offroad)
- Regular market trend research analysis understanding organizing internal communication and strategy development
      - Guidelines for countries consortia etc. internet research
      - Regulations for each market technical strategy policy of the customer
      - Identification of the specificity explanation and consensus building for all regions ww
      - GAP analysis and matching of existing portfolio and customer/market demands
- Exhibition support (exhibiting and sales visit)
- Understanding of internal and external desires (current short/ mid-term future) and strategy planning
Exploration acquisition and execution of continuous business with existing customers
Coordination and communication with internal and external (domestic and international Bosch Group customers)
Business plan development

Qualifications :

応募資格:

必須条件
   - 日本語ネイティブレベル
   - 英語ビジネスレベル読み書き会話
   - 営業経験5年以上 (日本顧客対応の経験必須)
   - 主体性責任感を持ち関係者を巻き込みながら推進できる方
   - コスト意識の高い方
   - 国内外出張対応可能な方

あると望ましい
   - 財務法務の基礎知識
   - 海外顧客海外拠点を含む業務経験
   - 開発部門での業務経験3年以上
   - 新規顧客獲得(新規開拓)営業経験
   - プロジェクトマネジメント経験

 

Qualifications:

Required
   - Business-level English and native level Japanese (writing listening reading speaking)
   - Proactive initiative challenging spirit sense of responsibility cost consciousness
   - 5 years or more of sales experience (Japanese customer)
   - Able to travel domestically and internationally

Desirable
   - Minimum knowledge of finance and legal affairs
   - Experience in working with overseas customers and overseas locations
   - Work experience in the Engineering Department (3 years or more)
   - Experience in new customer acquisition sales
   - Experience in project management
