The opportunity

As a Technical Business Analyst in our Technology Consulting practiceyoullwork at the intersection of business and technology supporting largescale transformation programs for our closely with stakeholdersarchitectsand delivery teams to translate business needs into clear actionable technical requirements with a strong focus on dataintegrationand system change.

Thisis a hybrid positionbased inNaarm Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Elicitanalyseand document business and technical requirements across technologyenabled transformation programs.

• Work closely with delivery teams to translate requirements into user stories datamappingsand functional specifications.

• Apply a technical lens to problemsolvingleveragingSQL and Python to support data analysisvalidationand solution design.

• Support Agile delivery through backlog management sprintceremoniesand ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience working as a Business Analyst with strong technical capability ideally within technology or transformation programs.

• Working knowledge of SQL with exposure to Python for data analysis or technical problemsolving.

• Experience delivering in Agile environments including user stories acceptancecriteriaand sprint ceremonies.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Ideallyyoullalso have the skills and attributes belowbutdontworry ifyoudonttick all the in youraptitudeattitudeand willingness to learn.

• Experience working in the Energy sector or on utilitiesrelated transformation programs.

• Exposure to system integrations dataplatformsor applicationled transformations.

• Consulting experience within a professional services environment.

• A degree in Engineering ComputerScienceor a related technical discipline.
