Job Summary
We are developing the digital twin of commercial aviation empowering our clients with fully integrated 360 industry data to drive greater efficiency and sustainability.
The Challenge: Aircraft and airlines generate and collect massive amounts of data but this data is hardly aggregated and leveraged in the industry. As a result critical decisions are often based on fragmented or misinterpreted information leading to financial inefficiencies and avoidable CO2 emissions.
Our Solution: At Skailark we help airlines make smarter decisions financially and environmentally. Weve built a digital twin of the global aviation market modeling every seat on every flight across every airline.

Tasks
As Founders Associate at Skailark you will work closely with our Founder to help shape and scale the company during an exciting phase of growth. As a trusted partner and hands-on problem solver youll drive cross-functional initiatives build smart and scalable processes and take ownership of projects across operations product finance and business development. No two days will be the same offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact while gaining broad exposure across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Founder enablement: Be the Founders right hand and Swiss Army knife take ownership and help shape the company so we scale sustainably through our phase of growth
- Cross-functional projects: Think through set up execute and manage new projects processes and deliverables across the entire business from operations and accounting to product and business development. The possibilities are endless and your skill set will expand from day one
- Smart scalable processes: Start new processes that scale reduce overhead and bring smarter ways of working to the company
- Business operations: Drive day-to-day operational excellence by identifying process improvements implementing scalable systems and ensuring effective communication across teams
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills through previous full-time roles or internships
- Proactive hands-on and driven by a strong getting things done mindset
- Start-up or consulting experience is highly desirable

- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate. A valid European Union work permit is required
