The opportunity

This role sits within the Account Receivable Management Team (ARMT) supporting the MENA region. The team is responsible for maintaining accurate receivable ledgers to enable efficient collections and support the firms cash and liquidity. This is an opportunity to join a growing team play a key role in resolving unidentified cash accounts managing AR adjustments and refunds and partnering closely with finance and engagement teams to achieve timely resolution of ARrelated matters.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable ledgers for a group of countries within the MENA region.
• Partner with the AR cash application team by providing accurate information to support correct payment allocation.
• Liaise with onshore finance and clientserving teams to obtain payment and remittance information.
• Follow and enhance protocols for timely identification and allocation of payments driving sustainable process improvements.
• Proactively monitor unapplied cash and onaccount payments perform research apply corrections and support issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve internal engagement team queries related to allocation reallocation and remittance validation.
• Process client refunds by securing required approvals preparing documentation and coordinating with the Accounts Payable team.
• Work with the Interfirm Management (IFM) team to resolve interfirm payment allocation issues.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes across the engagementtocash lifecycle.
• Prepare customer statements balance confirmations and support client account reconciliations with client AP teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client and payment data to identify and resolve issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive problemsolving mindset with the confidence to challenge existing practices constructively.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid numeracy skills with proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Good understanding of collections systems tools and processes.
• Appropriate language skills to support regional and stakeholder interactions.

To qualify you must have

• A graduate or higher degree in finance business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of finance experience with a focus on accounts receivable cash application billing and collections.
• Handson experience using SAP.
• For internal candidates understanding of the engagement lifecycle and cash application processes.
• A strong drive to identify rootcause issues and support remediation efforts through continuous improvement.

Ideally youll also have

• An understanding of service offerings within a professional services environment.
• Experience deploying new tools and ways of working across remote or regional teams.
• Exposure to continuous improvement or process optimization methodologies.
