Experience:5 yrs
Core HR Administrative Skills
- Maintaining and updating employee records including job titles departments and reporting lines
- Processing leave applications and tracking attendance
- Supporting onboarding by coordinating documentation and workspace setup
Communication and Coordination
- Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments
- Coordinating with external recruitment agencies and assisting in interview scheduling
Technical and System Proficiency
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors for workflows like ID creation and time entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and document management systems
Policy and Compliance Awareness
- Handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
