Job Summary

Defines plans implements and monitors patient care delivery fiscal management human resource management and departmental operations for defined care areas. Takes a leadership role in developing policy and standards for patient care services and operational goal attainment.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Masters degree required. BSN required. Doctoral Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years progressive clinical and management experience. Proven track record as both a Nurse or Program Manager and Nursing / Clinical Director

Minimum Certifications Registration or License Requirements:

Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of New Jersey

Certification in Nursing leadership

Certification in clinical practice are preferred

Membership in professional organization encouraged

Salary Range

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience skills and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
