This is a combined position and this person is responsible for all clerical duties at the school. Manage the everyday operations including finances and data management for CVA. This person should be knowledgeable of accounting procedures and guidelines be proficient in scheduling maintaining grades and registering students using Infinite Campus. This position also oversees the day-to-day operations at the school including maintaining the school calendar and assuring coverage for the front office.
Qualification Requirements
Combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from a two-year or community college with coursework in finance business or accounting
Required PC skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Purchases supplies and maintains inventory.
Prepare purchase orders for payment and verify coding.
Prepares submits and maintains payroll information.
Works with teachers on personnel issues such as insurance longevity annual leave sick leave etc.
Assists administrators in procurement and assignment of substitutes.

Maintains computer records of students scores on state mandated tests and standardized tests.
Prepares and or maintains computer records of student attendance; enters data from submitted forms reviews late-arrival forms and reconciles absences to create absence and tardy reports.
Prepares correspondence to parents to advise them of excessive absences according to established policies and procedures.
Maintains generates and distributes student demographic scheduling and grading information.
Maintains records of student suspensions student withdrawal from school records reasons for student withdrawal and students plans and prepares periodic statistical reports.
Accesses the Internet to download student information and upload files.
Facilitate transfers of student information between schools.
Prepares attendance reports and reconciles manual and computer reports.
Provides information and training to school staff on the use of the student information system and application of data from the system.
Generates Excel spreadsheets for Administration and teachers as needed.
Coordinates user security within the student information system with district personnel.
