Job Skills / Requirements

Position Details:

Holland Building Services is seeking Full Time Floor Crew Utility Worker.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Working with floor care chemicals and equipment i.e. tile buffing auto scrubbing stripping and waxing.
• Carpet cleaning

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 5pm start time.

Hours: 40 hours per week

• Be comfortable traveling to areas of town including Maumee Perrysburg Oregon Sylvania and the different ends of Toledo.

• Be punctual & dependable

• Be comfortable working alone or with others

Physical Demands:

• Continual standing and walking during the shift

• Climbing kneeling and crouching during the shift

• Lift up to 50lbs
