Job Summary
Job Title: Director of Nursing
Location: Gifford IL
Pay Rate: $60$66/hr
Schedule: Full-time flexible day schedule
Shifts: Variable Days (8-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Director of Nursing for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford IL.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement care plans and clinical policies
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
Requirements
- Active RN license (IL or compact)
- Previous DON or leadership experience in LTC
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards
- BLS certification
- Minimum 23 years leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
