Werelooking for an experienced Health & Safety professional to support the safety and wellbeing of our 4000 colleagues.

Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager this role plays a key part in providing guidance across the business andmaintaininghigh standardsof safety.

The successful candidate will take ownership of health and safety documentation data reporting and investigation ensuring everything isaccurate consistent andcompliant with internal process. They will also keep up to date with legislation and best practice sharing relevant updates to support a proactive approach throughout the team and wider business.

The role involves conducting inspections and safety reviews promoting consistent practices across teams and embedding Clarions safety culture from the outset. A strong emphasis will be placed on enhancing data capture and driving continuous improvement.

Daily responsibilities also include reviewing accident and incident reports to ensure investigations are proportionate and statutory reporting obligations are fulfilled. Developing guidance materials and designing and delivering training are also key aspects of the role supporting colleagues to follow safe working processes.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent) and have strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. They will be confident applying this in a repairs environment with a solid understanding of risk management and the ability to work within established policies and procedures.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage or Norwich.
