Job Summary
Night Auditor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial this role youll assist guests with late check-ins reconcile the days transactions and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized trustworthy and enjoy working independently in a quiet overnight setting.
Schedule: Monday-Sunday 11pm-730am overnight availability of 1-3 shifts weekly
Key Responsibilities
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of safety and security procedures
Advanced math and bookkeeping skills Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry accounting word processing invoicing and billing
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Time management and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations
Balancing the accounts from day shift
Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
Creating invoices bills and checks for vendors employees and contractors
Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A high school diploma a GED or one year of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and experience

- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
