Job Summary
WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford PA and another facility located in Seguin TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
- Performing MIG welding operations on heavy equipment components and custom attachments
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints welding symbols and engineering specifications
- Conducting quality inspections of welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wage is $21.50 to $25.50 per hour based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months until you reach our top rate. Thats for everyoneit doesnt matter what your specific job is. if youre a top performer you can get to top performer pay! This is a second shift position from 3:35 PM- 2:05 AM.
