Youll collaborate with industry leaders and talented teams to deliver innovative high-profile projects including complex station regenerations and major electrification schemes. • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary rail engineering projects ensuring delivery on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Provide effective leadership and technical guidance to project teams promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain project programmes financial controls and reporting systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee resource allocation supplier selection and performance management to optimise project outcomes.
• Champion health safety and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster team development through mentorship and support helping others reach their full potential.

• Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related discipline (Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution desirable).
• Significant experience in UK rail projects including strong knowledge of Network Rail GRIP processes and procedures.
• Proven track record in the design and management of major electrification schemes and LV building services.
• Experience as a competent Designer Checker and/or CRE in renewals signalling power point heating and DNO supplies.
• Strong technical expertise in rail M&E systems for depots and stations with a solid understanding of BS7671.
• Excellent communication team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project and commercial management including change control and programme delivery.
