Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Learn organizational data processes systems and governance practices
• Assist in collecting cleaning and preparing structured and unstructured data for analysis
• Contribute to assigned data science or analytics projects including exploratory data analysis and model development
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards reports and data documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Analyze datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights
• Communicate findings clearly through visualizations presentations and written summaries
• Work in a team environment communicating effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
• Assemble and deliver information in a timely and efficient manner
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 1 year) from an accredited university or college in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field
• Basic understanding of data analysis statistics and/or machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R Experience with data tools such as SQL Excel or data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to understand and follow complex technical instructions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated curious and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Ability to think critically manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Compensation

$18 - $22/hour based on experience
