Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer with strong NDA expertise to join our Transactional team. The role will provide broad paralegal support across a range of transactional matters with a particular emphasis on preparing reviewing negotiating and managing NDAs.
The primary responsibilities will include leading an NDA review team and undertaking secondlevel reviews of NDAs as a priority reporting into the Project Leader as well as supporting wider transactional matters as required.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating a high volume of NDAs including secondlevel reviews.
- Leading the NDA review team and managing related projects with increasing autonomy over time.
- Problemsolving complex issues and providing guidance on NDArelated queries.
- Mentoring and training junior team members.
- Contributing to and supporting a positive collaborative and friendly team culture.
Candidate requirements
- Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs.
- Financial Regulatory experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence in asking questions where needed.
- Ability to work independently over time and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- A thorough and proactive approach with a strong focus on attention to detail accuracy and efficient delivery.
