The Risk Consulting business within Marsh provides insights and advice to help our clients identify and mitigate risks develop strategies to build resilience and ultimately unlock growth.

Risk Passport is a new membership-based product launching during H126 across Marsh globally with a focus on the Corporate & Commercial segment. The product launch is being coordinated by the Risk Consulting Strategy Implementation & Transformation team working closely with country leaders to ensure the product is customised to suit local markets. Risk Passport is a complex cross-regional project and successful country launches will require proactive and disciplined project management. Once launched in a specific country Risk Passport will then need to be delivered measured and enhanced to maximise its impact. This role covers that full product lifecycle from launch to BAU implementation across three Marsh regions: UK Europe and IMEA.

To help deliver on this ambitious vision we require a commercial proactive and diligent engagement manager to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to combine sales delivery and operational skills in support of a compelling and strategically significant global product offering. Preferred location is London UK with potential flexibility to be based across the UK / Europe for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities

  • Successfully build and deliver the project management framework to operationalise Risk Passport in your assigned launch regions.
  • Lead regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive accountability and progress.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate adoption stakeholder engagement and the sustainable growth of Risk Passport.
  • Actively contribute to the commercial development of Risk Passport identifying enhancements to proposition UX / UI operations etc as required.
  • Be the primary day-to-day contact for any operational Risk Passport queries from clients and colleagues in your assigned regions.
  • Provide regular MI and reporting to leadership on the status of Risk Passport and recommendations to address issues.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to manage updates to Risk Passport membership content including updates to the digital portal where appropriate.
  • Address and document governance adherence for Risk Passport in assigned launch regions supported by local governance colleagues as required.
  • Be a strong and visible ambassador for Risk Passport and other assigned transformation initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional teams to collaboratively address issues and support the future growth of Risk Passport.
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration ensuring alignment and effective communication across diverse teams and cultures.

Requirements

You will need to have:

  • Experience in at least some of the following: change management risk mitigation quality assurance and financial governance within a large corporate organisation
  • An ability to regularly switch between the telescope of strategic direction and the microscope of day-to day delivery and implementation
  • Enthusiasm to build a career at the intersection of risk consulting insurance and project management
  • A performance-driven mind-set with an absolute commitment to delivering excellent results for our clients and for our business
  • Ability to adapt quickly demonstrating resilience and problem-solving under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate your reasoning to a wide variety of audiences including Risk Passport clients
  • Ability to influence and liaise with cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholders

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • An understanding of best-in-class digital tools that promote strong project management
  • Experience applying project management skills within a consulting environment and / or within a global matrixed organisation
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with Middle Market and SME clients particularly within an insurance context
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
  • Relevant project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Additional language skills (particularly in European languages)
