As a Admin Solutions Manager youll support the day-to-day operations and monitoring of partner platforms for organizations using Admin Solutions services. • Keep daily operations running flawlessly managing core admin tasks issue intake dispute support and documentation updates that ensure a consistent highquality partner experience.

• Bring systems to life by supporting configuration of plan designs workflows and user permissions helping turn business needs into smart scalable setup within our platforms.

• Protect system quality and integrity monitoring outputs validating data performing routine audits and helping identify issues before they become problems.

• Support testing and launches contributing to UAT regression testing and release readiness while documenting results and strengthening process controls.

• Experience: 13 years of experience in an analyst operations customer support or systems support role or relevant internship/co-op experience.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Operations or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
