Millwright Apprentice

Location: Tillsonburg ON

Fleetwood Metal Industries a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for an Apprentice Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg Ontario stamping Facility. The Apprentice Industrial Mechanic/Millwright is responsible for supporting production and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior in a stamping environment experience be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulicpneumaticand mechanical repairs
• Abide by all Company policies including but not limited to the following: Health and Safety Environmental Quality Human Resources policies and the Employee Handbook
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Stamping equipment line systems experience is an asset
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days afternoons midnights)
• Ability to travel between local facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enrolled in the Industrial Mechanic/ Millwright program
• 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery

The pay range for this role is $30.65/hour to $40.87/hour.
