Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Office/Clerical Executive Admin locatedin Raynham Massachusetts.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position it is anticipated that following conclusion of the transaction you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes programs policies and benefit that case details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

TheExecutive Administrative AssistantGlobal RE FM & Corporate Operationprovides senior-level administrative andoperational support to the Vice PresidentGlobal RE FM & Corporate Operationsand serves as a trusted partner in enabling effective leadership enterprise engagement and execution across a complex highly matrixed organization.

This role requires exceptional judgment discretion and organizational agility. The Executive Administrative Assistantoperateswith a high degree of independence proactively managing priorities coordinating across senior leaders and ensuring the VPs time decisions and engagements are aligned to the highest-value work. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of theGlobal Real Estate Facility Management & Corporate Operationsleadership agenda and interfaces regularly with executive offices acrossGlobal Supply Chain and Operationsorganization and other DePuy Synthes Executive Leadership Team members.

This role also provides support to the LT of theGlobal RE FM & Corporate Operationsteam.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support

  • Provide comprehensive proactive administrative support to the Vice President Results & Impact including complex calendar management meeting prioritization and scheduling across global time zones.

  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper for the VPs time using judgment to appropriately sequence prioritize and resolve competing demands.

  • Prepare the VP for internal and external engagements by coordinating pre-reads briefing materials agendas and follow-ups.

  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues independently to support effective executive decision-making.

Meeting & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate leadership meetings working sessions and cross-functional forums including agenda development material consolidation note-taking (as needed) and action-item tracking.

  • Manageendtoendlogisticsforhighstakesmeetings (in person and virtual) including participant coordination room reservations technology support andfollowups.

  • Ensuretimelyflow of information between the VP direct reports peers and stakeholders.

Enterprise &CrossFunctionalCoordination

  • Act as a key liaison between theGlobal RE FM & Corporate Operationsteam and broaderSupply Chain & Operationsleadership Enterprise partners (e.g. Finance HR IT) andother businessstakeholders.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with other senior administrative professionals acrossDePuy Synthes toenable seamless coordination.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Manage expenses purchase order coordination travel arrangements and administrative processes in compliance with enterprise policies.

  • Support onboarding and transitions for new team members vendors or partners connected to the Results & Impact organization.

  • Maintain organized records files and documentation to support continuity and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline administrative processes improve workflows and enhance executive support practices.

  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence professionalism and collaboration.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for projects with the other members of theGlobal RE FM & Corporate Operationsteam.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (VP or equivalent level) in a complexfastpaced matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity exercise sound judgment and handlehighly sensitiveinformation with discretion.

  • Strong organizational prioritization andproblemsolvingskills with a proactivesolutionorientedmindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

  • Highproficiencyin Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook Teams PowerPoint Word Excel).

  • Ability to work independently whilemaintainingstrong collaboration with peers and leadership teams

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$78100.00 - $125235.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
