Position Overview
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced In-House Healthcare Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts for critical and hard-to-fill roles. This position focuses on proactive candidate sourcing pipeline development and supporting full-cycle recruitment activities within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Identify source and attract qualified candidates for assigned roles and similar job categories
Utilize ATS (Taleo) job boards LinkedIn and social media platforms to build candidate pipelines
Apply Boolean search techniques and database mining strategies
Attend job fairs support open houses and leverage networking opportunities
Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest
Maintain and manage a pipeline of passive candidates
Update and track candidate progress within the ATS (Taleo)
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Provide onboarding support as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (required)
At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (required)
Hands-on experience with ATS/database systems (Taleo preferred)
Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing Boolean search techniques and social media recruiting
Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
