Become a Key Player as a Product Support Coordinator Senior

You will support timely and compliant movement of materials and products across the operation helping the team meet production and delivery commitments. You will work onsite in a warehouse/manufacturing environment in an operations role interacting with carriers production teams and inventory stakeholders. The schedule is MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (first shift).

Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team

• Coordinate shipping receiving and material handling activities to ensure on-time delivery and accurate transfers
• Prepare and package materials for shipment in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements
• Generate and manage shipping documentation (air bills bills of lading labels) and coordinate carrier scheduling and tracking
• Receive incoming materials verify accuracy against documentation and perform inventory control and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and interpret work instructions travelers and specifications
• Troubleshoot logistical or material discrepancies and coordinate resolutions while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product support logistics shipping or a related field
• Strong background in shipping and logistics operations especially within regulated environments (e.g. aerospace defense manufacturing)
• Proficiency with computer systems such as ERP/MRP
• Ability to read and interpret documentation specifications and work instructions
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Heres What Else Might Help You Out

• Experience with government logistics systems (e.g. WAWF or other government portals)
• Prior military experience
• Forklift certification
• Experience across multiple functions (shipping receiving stockroom inventory)

Pay Range

$30.00 - $32.00/hour
