Summary of Job Duties:
The Graduate Recruitment Graduate Assistant will be tasked with communicating and interacting with prospective international undergraduate and international and domestic graduate students. Graduate assistants are also responsible for all duties assigned by the Office of Graduate and International Recruitment. All graduate assistants have primary areas of responsibility but work in a team to provide excellent service to prospective international and domestic students as well as faculty and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and utilize digital recruitment programs and platforms to effectively recruit graduate students online
Assist with recruitment events
Assists with campus outreach efforts
Conduct campus tours with prospective students/families
Assist with the scheduling and coordination of prospective student campus visits with departments and recruiters
Assist recruitment with Graduate Student Ambassadors
Participate in recruitment panels and campaigns
Maintain flexible office hours each week
Communicate effectively with supervisors staff and faculty
Assist with outreach to prospective students
Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
The Graduate Assistant (GA) will work 20 hours a week. The GA will perform duties at the Graduate School as well as elsewhere on campus as needed to meet the goals of the program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have earned bachelors from an accredited institution
Must be admitted to a graduate school program at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of UofA Campus and Resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in AI Systems (Ocelt Microsoft Co-Pilot)
Ability to speak publicly at events and panels
Ability to work an collaborate with diverse groups in a professional multicultural setting
Ability to participate in content strategies (vlogging reels ads etc.)
High digital literacy and an ability to learn new programs and practices quickly
